Primrose Cottage is an extremely spacious, self-contained cottage with its own garden. Safe and private, Primrose Cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday or short break in East Devon.  Well-behaved dogs  are welcome at no charge in the cottage.  

Sleeping up to six people, this single storey cottage has a generous sized double with a double bed and bunk beds, and a twin bedroom which are both fitted with bedside lamps and alarm clock radios. Wi-fi is available in the cottage - but please bring your own laptop.

Bed linen and towels are provided as are some kitchen essentials such as kitchen roll, washing up liquid, washing powder, toilet roll, tea, milk, coffee and sugar as well as some choclates and biscuits on arrival.

A travel cot can be provided free of charge. The cottage also has a family bathroom and separate shower room, plus an extra WC, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric double oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a CD player and a selection of CDs. The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated.

The large open plan lounge has a wood burning stove, two comfortable sofas which seat five, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and sliding patio doors leading to the garden, with outside seating and a private BBQ.  There are also a wide range of books, DVDs and games to amuse all ages.

Deposit and Cancellation info:

50% deposit is required at time of booking of which 50% is refundable if cancelled six weeks or more prior. Balance payable six weeks prior. We accept most major debit and credit cards and can take payment over the phone.
