or call us on 01297 551316. Part of the beauty of the Spillers Farm’s Own range is the intimate scale of production. Most of the cured meats are cured on the farm by Keith and Bridget, including our fabulously tasty long-back bacon, simply cured in Demerara sugar and salt. All of the jams and chutneys are home-produced from the fruit and vegetables that we grow and our Christmas poultry are plucked by hand and hung for a few days to ensure the fullest flavour.
By choosing Spillers Farm’s Own you can be sure of not just great quality and taste, but also the highest possible welfare standards and traceability. Our animals are not only given a great deal of space and live outdoors as much as possible (our pigs like to come into their five-star quality sty when it’s cold and raining!) but they are also loved and cared for. We do not rush their growth, we let them grow slowly to maturity and ensure they get tasty titbits from our surplus garden vegetables and fruit from our trees. When they are ready they are taken to a small family-run abbatoir only about 20 minutes drive from here, who also have very high welfare standards. We ensure that the end of our animals lives is as caring as the rest. Animals reared the 'Spillers Farm Way' guarantees a succulent and delicious end product unlike anything you may have tasted! Half-way between livestock and pets, a Spillers Farm animal is a happy animal, safe, secure and – to some extent – pampered. Take it from us, happy animals produce the tastiest meat!

Sausages: Our sausages are made from the best bits of the pig and contain at least 75% prime pork. Anyone who has stayed at our B&B can testify to their tastiness! Six to a packet. £8.95 per kg. Average packet around £4.00
Bacon: Hand-cured on the farm. Delicious! A great accompaniment to our lovely sausages: £13.98 per kg.
Ham: Cooked and sliced on the farm, completed with a honey and mustard glaze. £19.80 per kg.
Gammon on the bone: £7.70 per kg.
Gammon off the bone: £8.90 per kg.
Various other cuts of meat are available at certain times of the year – we will let you know when on this page, so visit regularly. Pork: shoulder, spare rib roast, tenderloins, chops, hocks. All roasting joints have fantastic crackling. Lamb: Whole or half shoulder, whole or half legs, neck fillet, chops – chump, loin and cutlets – shanks.
We can also supply whole or half pigs/lambs cut to your specifications.
For the more adventurous we also offer Saddleback/Gloucester Old Spot weaners if you would like to raise your own meat or start breeding your own pigs. Please email
