Self Catering Holiday Cottage
Our Holiday Cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday or short break in East Devon and sleeps up to six guests. It is an extremely spacious self-contained cottage with its own garden area and comprises a spacious open plan kitchen / diner / lounge, two bedrooms, a family shower room and a second separate WC. This single storey cottage has a generous sized double bedroom featuring a king size bed and bunk beds and sleeps up to four guests. A separate spacious bedroom contains a super king size bed that can be split into twin beds.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and grill, washing machine, iron and ironing board, slow cooker.
The large open plan lounge has a wood burning fire, two comfortable 3 seater sofas and a large armchair and a large flat screen TV as well as a selection of books and games to amuse all ages.
Free Wi-fi is available in the cottage.
Beds are made up prior to your arrival and towels are provided. A travel cot can be provided free of charge.
The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated. Patio doors lead to the garden which has outside seating and a garden swinging chair.

Tea, coffee, sugar, small jug milk,salt, pepper, oil, kitchen paper, toilet roll in each toilet, jar of home produced jam, washing-up liquid, liquid detergent for clothes, dishwasher tablets
Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice at a charge of £5 per dog per night. If dogs are left unattended then they must be housed in a dog crate which guests must provide.
